Nick Leo is a licensed real estate salesperson and joined FGR in the spring of 2023. He has a deep seeded interest in real estate and the process that it entails. Nick’s ventures in real estate investment and house flipping with his family in recent years has been the driving force behind jump-starting his career in residential real estate.

Drawing from his experience renovating and restoring properties over the past decade, Nick has a keen understanding of property value. Not only can he identify what a home can achieve cosmetically, he is able to target the specific needs of the home behind the walls as well.Nick’s employment at the United States Military Academy at West Point where he completed over a billion dollars in construction contracts prepared him for his role as a project estimator and project manager for a multi national general contracting company. Since then Nick has developed a construction safety firm which has grown into purchasing, restoring, and reselling investment properties as well.

Nick was raised on the north shore of Long Island in Mount Sinai where he has resided his whole life and recently purchased a home with the goal of establishing new roots in his hometown with his wife.

Nick is heavily invested in his career, but in his spare time enjoys spending time with family, being with his dogs outdoors, supporting any and all sports teams, and golfing.

Nick’s intrinsic value on family translates organically to his appreciation of the notion of “home” and his focus is to apply his expertise to assist buyer and seller clients in achieving their home goals.
