We are a family-owned and operated boutique Real Estate Firm working with buyers and sellers of residential homes across Long Island and Queens. We were born and raised here on Long Island and got our start in real estate almost a decade ago restoring abandoned and neglected houses in our neighboring communities, and reselling them as high-quality, fully renovated, affordable homes.

We founded this company to accomplish two simple goals: to leverage our experiences in real estate to provide the highest level of service to our clients and to give back to our communities through charitable donations.

We are passionate about giving back which is why we donate 5% of all commissions to a local charity of our clients’ choice. To us Real Estate is not just about buying and selling houses, it’s about relationships and improving the quality of life for our neighbors. We care about our clients, and together, we make a difference in our communities…and we do it FOR GOOD.

From a young age our founders were raised on the principle that “The greatest accomplishment you will ever achieve is the ability to give back.” That is the bedrock of our business model and the mantra of our agency. We are passionate about giving back to our communities which is why we have carefully selected a handful of local Charitable organizations across a variety of causes and we donate 5% of all commissions to the charity of our client’s choice.

Providing emergency financial assistance to military Veterans on Long Island who have served and are still serving in the US military. Assisting Veterans transition period from military to civilian.

A leading Food Bank distributing fresh produce, meat and non- perishables throughout Long Island and assist thousands of Long Islanders.

A safe haven for women and children who are homeless and in need of shelter, food, resources and support. Providing transitional housing and services for Long Island families.
