James R. McCormack or “Russ” as many call him, made the decision to answer the call to Real Estate five years ago when he obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License. Russ’s reliability, integrity, strong commitment to his clients and his impressive work ethic has been the driving force behind his many successful transactions for both buyers and sellers across Long Island and Queens. Russ has a very strong affinity for the notion of HOME and its intrinsic meaning! His passion for HOME not only comes from his professional journey but also from his family. With a long, well-respected, and prestigious family history in the Long Island Real Estate Market, Russ had always had a desire to serve his community in housing. Russ’s Aunt was very well known, loved and respected in the Real Estate Community on Long Island. While spending time with his Aunt a deep seeded passion for real estate was planted in him. Russ knew he wanted to make a HOME obtainable for all those who sought it! Russ becoming a Real Estate Agent was just a true natural progression! Russ is a life-long resident of Long Island. He is proud of his local roots and he feels very fortunate to share his love for Long Island and all it has to offer with his family, friends and community. Russ feels the summers on the Great South Bay are like nowhere else, the North Shore foliage is beautiful in the fall and winters in NYC around the holidays are magical. Russ and his wife Jen are raising three young daughters on the South Shore of Suffolk County and are both very involved with their three girls’ various activities.
